My Bootleg BBQ Sauce has a unique, worldly flavor. It is made only with quality ingredients from across the globe: England, France, Italy, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and of course south of the Dixie Border. You’ll never find any artificial flavors or preservatives in Bootleg BBQ Sauce. Its flavor hits your pallet with a slight bite and lingers for thirty seconds to a minute.
I created Bootleg’s one-of-a-kind flavor through mixing five types of alcohol with other ingredients, then boiling the mixture to evaporate the alcohol content. At first I sold my signature BBQ sauce in wine bottles from the back of my trunk, which gave it a real “Bootleg” feel. The name was a no-brainer.
Now my sauce comes in a smaller bottle (375 mL), but still has the full flavor it always has. It’s really much more than a BBQ sauce--it goes well on almost anything. A friend once told me he put Bootleg BBQ Sauce on his spaghetti and it was the best he had ever had! All my sauce is produced at Nelson Farms in Nelson, NY. It’s truly the pride of NY!
