About Chef Tom
Hi my name is Thomas and I am the creator of Tom’s Bootleg BBQ Sauce. I have lived in Skaneateles, NY since 1995 and have over thirty years of culinary experience. From 1978-1990 I had culinary stints at Hobart & William Smith College (Geneva, NY), Bryant College (Smithfield, RI), Trinity College (Hartford, CT), and Wells College (Aurora, NY).

I started marketing my BBQ sauce about thirteen years ago. I decided I didn’t want to still be working when I was fifty; and since then I have devoted much of my time to making my BBQ sauce available to Central New Yorkers. I know you’ll enjoy Tom’s Bootleg BBQ Sauce as much as I do!
